Pre Registration Process

1. Completely fill out the Pre Registration Form below (Missing or incomplete information will cause delays)

2. Follow links to our Pay Pal Site to make your payment or deposit by clicking the NEXT button below

3. Bring your completed registration forms to one of our scheduled sign ups (Two wallet size pictures of player, Full school year report cards Player contract, Medical/Physical Form and a Copy of Birth Certificate. By pre registering, you will save time at the sign ups)

4. Once all required documents and information have been turned in, the registration process is complete.
